About Me.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Rachel Bauer, and this space is a reflection of my journey—one shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a deep commitment to making meaningful connections through the work I do.
How It All Started
Like many paths worth walking, mine didn’t follow a straight line. It began with a passion—a pull toward helping others grow through movement and play. That spark led me into movement therapy, where I spent my early years learning, unlearning, and gaining hands-on experience in what it truly means to serve others with integrity.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: educator, mentor, facilitator, etc. Each role brought new insights, deepened my skill set, and solidified my belief that the work we do is most powerful when it’s grounded in purpose and presence.
My Professional Journey
From my first role in childhood development led to launching this platform, my professional journey has been about building bridges—between ideas and action, people and potential, mind and body. I’ve studied, trained, collaborated, and refined my approach, always driven by a desire to offer something genuine, useful, and transformative.

This site is the culmination of that journey. It’s a hub where I share my services, insights, and tools designed to support others in developing deeper body awareness and finding rhythm and flow in everyday life.
What I Value
At the heart of everything I do are a few unwavering values:
-
Integrity – I do what I say, and say what I mean. Authenticity isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the foundation of how I work and relate.
-
Presence – Whether I’m teaching a class, consulting with a client, or building a new program, I’m fully there—with attention, care, and curiosity.
-
Growth – I believe in continuous learning, feedback, and evolving alongside those I serve.
-
Connection – True progress happens when we feel seen and supported. I aim to create environments—online or in person—where real connection can thrive.
What Makes This Space Different
There are countless voices out there. What makes this space different is the way I listen, move, and respond. I bring a rhythm-based, whole-person approach to everything I offer—meeting you not just with expertise, but with empathy and adaptability.
Whether you’re here to explore resources, work with me directly, or simply find inspiration, know this: you’re not just another visitor. You’re part of a shared journey toward more intentional, embodied, and empowered living.
Thank you for being here. Let’s keep growing together.
